| 摘 要： | 目的:推广标准血涂片的使用,为血液病和其他血液感染性疾病提供可靠的诊断依据.方法:随机抽取50名SYSMEX XE - 5000五分类全自动血液分析仪血液分析检查异常患者,并制作标准、传统血涂片,经瑞氏-姬姆萨染色后镜检,观察其细胞分类结果并与血液分析仪结果进行比较.结果:标准血涂片和传统血涂片显微镜检查对中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞及单核细胞的分类与血液分析仪结果比较均有统计学意义(P＜0.05),两种血涂片均发现血液未成熟及异型细胞存在,而血液分析仪只能检测部分此项目.结论:血液学检验中标准血涂片比传统血涂片更有意义. |

| Abstract: | Objective:To promote the use of standard blood smears for blood diseases and other infectious diseases of blood and provide a reliable diagnosis.Methods: A random sample of 50 have abnormal blood analysis with SYSMEX XE-5000 five categories automatic blood analyzer and product standards,traditional blood smear by Wright-Giemsa staining then to observe cell classification with microscope and compared.Results: Standard blood smear and traditional blood smear observed with microscopy on neutrophils,lymphocytes and monocytes compared with automatic blood analyzer the results showed statistical significance(P<0.05),two blood smears both were found the immature and abnormal cells exist in blood,however,analyzer can detect some of the blood.Conclusion: The standard blood smear is more meaningful than the traditional blood smear in the test of hematological. |
