肝炎患者对责任护士满意度的调查分析

目的 :了解肝炎住院患者对责任护士工作的满意度 ,以提高护理质量。方法 :2 0 0 2年全年进行了调查 ,使用统一调查表 ,每月由护理部到病房进行随机抽样调查 ,并将调查结果反馈给科室。结果 :2 0 0 2年全年最高满意度为10 0 % ,最低为 94 1% ,全年平均为 98 6 %。存在的问题主要有 :对责任护士介绍病区环境及护士姓名的满意度较低 ,不满意率为 5 4 % ,膳食指导不满意率为2 8%。结论 :肝炎患者对责任护士的满意度与护士的服务理念 ,掌握医学知识的程度 ,护士的年龄、学历密切相关

Investigation about satisfaction degree of responsible nurses from hepatitis patients

Objective:To understand satisfactory degree from hepatitis patients. Method:We had spreaded investigation forms in 2002,accepted feed back information from patients.Result:Highest satisfactory degree was 100 percent in 2002,lowest is 94 4% average 98 6% non satisfactory degree about enviroment and nurses' name was 5 4%.Dietary direction ws 2 8%.Conclusion:We should change nursing concept,enhance nursing training to improve satisfactory degree from patients.
