血清激素水平和子宫ER、PR含量与子宫肌瘤生长的关系

目的　探讨子宫肌瘤、瘤旁组织及肌层组织雌激素受体 (ER)、孕激素受体 (PR)表达和子宫肌瘤复发的关系。方法　应用免疫组化SP法 ,检测 3 0例子宫肌瘤患者子宫标本肌瘤、瘤旁组织及肌层组织ER、PR的表达 ,同时采用放射免疫法检测外周血中血清雌激素 (E2 )、孕激素 (P)、促卵泡生成素 (FSH )、黄体生成素 (LH)、垂体生乳素 (PRL)及雄激素 (T)水平 ,健康育龄妇女 3 0名作为对照。结果　肌瘤组织ER、PR表达显著高于瘤旁组织及肌层组织 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5) ,瘤旁组织PR表达显著高于肌层组织 (P <0 .0 5) ;研究组与对照组外周血性激素水平比较无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5)。结论　外周血E、P在子宫肌瘤的发生、发展中的作用与子宫组织ER、PR强表达有关 ,行子宫肌瘤挖除时应同时切除瘤体周围的肌层组织

Study on the Relationship Between the Growth of Uterine Leiomyoma and the Level of Hormone in Serum and the Consent of ER and PR in Uterus

Objective To study the relationship between express ions of estrogen receptor(ER) and progesterone receptor(PR) in uterine leiomyoma ,its adjacent sites and myometrium with the uterine leiomyoma.Methods Expressions of ER and PR in uterine leiomyom,its adjacent site and myome trium were determined by immunohistochemical SP method in 30 patients with uteri ne leiomyoma.and serum prolactin(PRL),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteiniz ing hormone(LH),estradiol(E 2),progesterone(P) and testosterone(T) concentrati ons were measured with radiommunoassay,with normal cycling women served as the controls.Results:(1) contents of ER and were significantly higher in leiomyoma than in its adjacent site and myometrium (P<0.01, P<0.05). (2) Contents of PR were significantly higher in its adjacent site than that in m yometrium(P<0.05).(3) Serum sex hormone levels were not significantly diffe rent from patients before operation and the controls (P>0.05).Conclus ion The growth of uterine leiomyoma is associated with strong expression of ER,PR in uterine tissuse.When myometrectomy is performed,the myometrium aroun d the leiomyoma should be cut at the same time.
