| 摘 要： | 通过600例血脂异常中医证候与患病年龄相关性的研究,发现血脂异常中医证候的产生与年龄有关：随着年龄的增长、中医证候的确定逐渐增多,虚证证候也随之增加。本研究结果提示在血脂异常的中医辨证治疗中要关注年龄这一重要因素,并提出脾虚和肾虚是导致血脂异常的主要病理因素,治疗原则应以补脾益肾为主。
