摘    要:
目的:建立一种同时测定四季青中5种酚酸类成分的含量测定方法.方法:采用5μm的Hypersil BDS-C18(250mm×4mm)色谱柱;流动相为乙腈-水(加入适量85%甲酸);流速1.0ml/min;柱温20℃;采用梯度洗脱方法使5种酚酸类成分达到完全分离;DAD检测器记录260nm和330nm处的色谱峰信号.结果:5种酚酸类成分达到完全分离,该测定方法精密度与重复性较好,样品在48h内有较好的稳定性,加样回收率均在95%~105%之间.结论:首次建立了同时测定四季青中5种酚酸类成分的含量测定方法,可以用于同时测定四季青中的5种酚酸类成分的含量.

AIM:To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of five phenolic acid from leaves of Ilex purprea Hassk. METHOD: Chromatography was performed on a 5 μm HP-Hyspersil BDS-C1s column (250 mm x 4 mm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(acidifled by 85% formic acid), and the five phenolic acids were eluted with a linear gradient program. DAD detector was used and signals were recorded at 260 nm and 330 nm. RESULT: Complete resolution of the five phenolic acids was obtained within 30 min. The method fulfills the requirements of precision, accuracy and stability. The recoveries of the five compounds were between 95% and 105%. CONGLUSION:This method is simple and effective, and can be used to determine phenolic acids from leaf of Ilex purprea Hassk.
