呼吸道感染应用阿奇霉素治疗的药理特性及临床分析

目的论阿奇霉素治疗呼吸道感染的临床效果,并分析其药理特性。方法80例呼吸道感染患者,采用抽签法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患者采用红霉素治疗,观察组患者采用阿奇霉素治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、临床症状消失时间、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的72.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者发热、咳嗽、肺部啰音消失时间分别为(2.13±1.22)、(3.23±1.04)、(4.12±1.33)d,明显短于对照组的(7.21±2.44)、(7.52±2.33)、(8.26±3.16)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论呼吸道感染患者采用阿奇霉素进行治疗可以发挥理想的治疗效果,缩短患者症状消失时间,并且具有一定的用药安全性,值得推荐。

Pharmacological characteristics and clinical analysis of azithromycin in the treatment of respiratorytract infection

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of azithromycin in the treatment of respiratory tract infection and analyze its pharmacological characteristics.Methods A total of 80 patients with respiratory tract infection were divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with erythromycin,and the observation group was treated with azithromycin.The therapeutic effect,disappearance time of clinical symptoms,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 95.00%,which was obviously higher than 72.50%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever,cough,lung rales of the observation group were(2.13±1.22),(3.23±1.04)and(4.12±1.33)d,which were obviously shorter than(7.21±2.44),(7.52±2.33)and(8.26±3.16)d of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than 25.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Azithromycin shows ideal therapeutic effect for patients with respiratory tract infection,which can shorten symptom disappearance time and has certain medication safety,which is worth recommending.
