“鲶鱼效应”对护士职业倦怠的影响

目的：探讨＂鲶鱼效应＂对护士职业倦怠的影响。方法：对全院护士进行职业倦怠调查,并运用＂鲶鱼效应＂影响护士的思想和行为,观察实施效果。结果：护士职业倦怠程度减轻且发生率明显下降;护理质量考核评分（基础护理、急救物品管理、护理文书质量、病房管理）均在95分以上,实施前后比较,P值〈0.01,差别具有高度显著性意义。结论：合理有效地运用＂鲶鱼效应＂管理,能充分调动护士工作潜能及积极性,从而提高护理质量。

Effect of "Catfish effect" on the occupation burnout of nurse.

Objective:Explore "catfish effect" on the impact of nurse burnout.Methods:To investigate the occupation burnout of nurse and to use "catfish effect" impact on the thinking and behavior of nurses,to observe the results.Results:Nurse burnout and the incidence were decreased significantly;nursing quality assessment score(basic care,first aid materials management,quality of care instruments,ward management) above 95 points,P<0.01,the difference was highly significant.Conclusion:Rational and effective use of "ca...
