张家界市永定区1995-2008年老年人艾滋病流行特点分析

目的分析张家界市永定区1995-2008年老年人艾滋病流行特点,为今后制定艾滋病防治措施提供科学依据。方法收集张家界市永定区1995-2008年的老年人艾滋病疫情报告、综合监测和专项调查资料,用SPSS13.0软件进行统计分析。结果 1995-2008年累计报告老年人艾滋病感染者及艾滋病病人83人,其中艾滋病病人48人,死亡人数为41人;56.6%的感染者分布在城区;男性62人,女性21人,男女比例为2.95：1;最大年龄84岁,平均年龄（66.20±8.00）岁,职业为农民的占89.1%;初中及以下文化程度的占91.6%;传播途径以异性传播为主,占83.2%,血液传播占8.4%,途径不详占8.4%,年度统计显示异性传播呈逐年上升趋势,2008年达到94.4%。结论老年人艾滋病疫情发展迅速,此情况应该引起重视。

An Epidemiological Characteristics Analysis of 50 Years Old HIV /AIDS Pepole in Yongding District of Zhangjiajie City from 1995 to 2008

Objective The study described in this paper was designed to have a better understanding of the epidemic characteristics of the elderly HIV /AIDS people in Yongding District of Zhangjiajie city so as to provide a scientific evidence for the government prevention and care measures.Method The data including the reported HIV /AIDS cases in Yongding District from 1995 to 2008,surveillance,and special surveys were analyzed by software SPSS 13.0.Results The cumulative number of HIV positive cases reported was 83,incuding 48 AIDS patients and 41 deaths.Of all,56.6% live in urban area,62 cases were male,the ratio of gender was 2.95：1,the average age was（66.20±8.00）,the age ranged from 50 to 84,89.1% was peasants,91.6% was lower than junior high school level.The infection route was 83.2% heterosexual transmission,8.4% former blood and plasma donation and blood transfusion,8.4% unknown.The trend through heterosexual transmission went up from 1995 to 2008,and the HIV prevalence had climbed to 94.4%.Conclusion It is important to prevent and intervent the elderly from HIV infection.
