2004-2005年英德市居民死因模式及疾病负担分析

目的了解英德市居民死因模式及主要疾病负担,为制定卫生服务政策和资源配置提供依据。方法对2004-2005年英德市第三次居民死因调查资料,采用SPSS15.0和EXCEL软件进行统计分析。结果 2004-2005年英德市居民平均粗死亡率为720.30/10万,标化死亡率为643.22/10万,男性死亡率高于女性。居民期望寿命为72.80岁,其中男性70.17岁,女性76.21岁。死因前五位的为呼吸系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、脑血管疾病、心血管疾病和损伤中毒,不同性别、年龄人群死亡模式不同,损伤中毒是主要疾病负担。结论慢性呼吸系统疾病等慢性非传染性疾病是英德市居民的主要死因,损伤中毒是威胁劳动力人群＂早死＂和疾病负担的主要疾病。

Analysis on Causes of Death and Disease Burden of Yingde City during 2004-2005

Objective To find out the mortality,death cause and chief disease burden in Yingde city and to provide the basis of drawing up health service police and the distribution of resources.Method The data of the third death review survey of Yingde in 2004-2005 was statistically analyzed using the SPSS15.0 and Excel.Results The average mortality of Yingde is 720.30 / million in 2004-2005 and the average mortality is 643.22 / million,in which male is higher than female.The life expectancy of Yingde inhabitant is 72.80 years old（male 70.17,female 76.21）.The first to fifth causes of death are the chronic respiratory system diseases,malignant tumor,cerebrovascular disease,cardiovascular disease and injure.Different sex and different aged groups have different death pattern.The injury is becoming the chief disease burden to Yingde inhabitant.Conclusion The chronic non-infectious disease are becoming primary death caused of Yingde inhabitant and the injury has becomed the chief disease burden and the first cause leading to die early for people.
