医学本科生微生物学实验教学新模式的实践与思考

摘    要:以近年来参与医学微生物学实验教学的实践为基础,从改革课程设置和安排、完善病例引导式问题教学法、增设综合性和设计性实验和改革考核方式这4个方面论述了对医学本科生微生物学实验教学改革的思考。基于学时数,合理安排实验内容,知识循序渐进;进一步完善病例引导式问题教学法,数量适宜,重点突出;增设综合性和设计性实验,提高实验系统性;改革考核方式,综合评价学生实际水平和能力。突出对学生创新能力的培养,使学生真正掌握相关的知识和技能,形成严谨务实的科学工作作风,获得解决实际问题的能力。

Abstract:Based on the experience in medical microbiology laboratory teaching,the course was reformed to improve the problem solving using clinical cases, increase in comprehensive and designed experiments, and change in assessments.The effect of such changes on the reformation of the medical microbiology laboratory course was discussed. Due to the limitation of teaching hours, the above changes can improve the student's creativity, achive the relevant skill and knowledge, and become a model of teaching.
