流感病毒MDCK细胞培养条件的优化

摘    要:目的优化流感病毒MDCK细胞培养条件,提高流感病毒分离率和流感监测效果。方法使用MDCK细胞培养法,比较传统的与优化的实验条件对流感病毒分离率和对血凝试验滴度的影响。结果不同的优化实验条件可明显提高流感病毒的分离率和滴度。结论已筛选出流感病毒MDCK细胞培养法适宜的条件。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the cultivation conditions for MDCK cells for the isolation and cultivation of influenza virus.Methods Compare the rate of influenza virus isolation and the titer of hemagglutination before and after the optimization of the MDCK culturing conditions.Results The optimized culture conditions can significantly improve the isolation rate of influenza viruses and the results of virus titration.Conclusion We have optimized the conditions for the cultivation of MDCK cells.
