| 摘 要： | 目的优化一种甲型H1N1流感的双重荧光PCR快速筛查方法。方法根据WHO推荐的甲型H1N1流感检测方案合成、标记引物和探针。通过改进反应条件与参数．优化了甲型H1N1流感的双重荧光PCR检测方法。结果该方法敏感度高，特异性强，重复性好。应用该方法检测患者实际样品，结果与WHO推荐方法的检测结果一致；应用该法可在4h内完成对样品中甲型H1N1流感的检验。结论本研究优化的甲型H1N1流感的双重荧光PCR快速筛查方法可用于甲型H1N1流感的诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective To optimize a dual fluorescent PCR method for the rapid screening of influenza H1N1. Methods Specific primers were synthesized according to the WHO recommended influenza A H1N1 detection program.Reaction conditions and parameters for double fluorescent PCR detection method were then optimized. Results The method is highly sensitive, specific and reproducible. Using this method, the result on the testing of patient samples can be obtained within 4 hours and the result was similar to the other methods recommended by WHO. Conclusion A dual fluorescent PCR method was optimized for rapid screening of influenza A H1N1. |
