广州市2009年与2003年预防接种门诊状况比较

目的了解广州市预防接种门诊规范化建设现状,为政府制定免疫规划策略提供依据。方法参照《广东省预防接种门诊规范化建设标准》,对2009年广州市210间预防接种规范化门诊进行调查,并与2003年广州市174间预防接种门诊的免疫规划基础年报进行比较。结果 2009年门诊总面积达标率为98.1%,2003年总面积达标率为的41.1%,差异有统计学意义（χ^2=153.16,P〈0.01）。2009年免疫接种人员配置由2003年的服务总人口万分之1.29增加到万分之1.70。2009年平均每个免疫预防人员每年接种疫苗的人次数由2003年的1517人次增加到2415人次。结论广州市预防接种规范化门诊建设正逐步完善,为适应免疫规划新形势的需要,仍需加大工作力度。

Comparison of the Situation of Vaccination Clinics in Guangzhou City in 2009 and 2003

Objective To find out the present situation of standardized setup of vaccination clinics in Guangzhou,and to provide reference for the government to make vaccination strategies.Methods According to the Guidelines for Standardized Setup of Vaccination Clinics in Guangdong Province,we investigated 210 standard vaccination clinics in Guangzhou city in 2009.The investigation results were compared with the Annual Report of Immunization Program in 2003 when 174 standard vaccination clinics were constructed.Results In 2009,98.1% of the vaccination clinics met the floor area requirement.In 2003,only 41.1% met the requirement.The difference was statistically significant（χ^2=153,P0.01）.The staff /population ratios increased from 1.29 per 100 000 in 2003 to 1.70 per 100 000 in 2009.On average each staff member administered 2 415 and 1 517 vaccinations in 2009 and 2003,respectively.Conclusions The vaccination clinics in Guangzhou are being gradually improved.More efforts should be made to meet the new requirement of immunization program.
