抚触对早产儿体格发育及血生长激素、胰岛素样生长因子-1水平的影响

目的:观察抚触对早产儿体格发育及血生长激素、胰岛素样生长因子-1水平的影响。方法:收集病情平稳的住院早产儿58例,随机分为抚触组(28例)及对照组(30例),观察两组早产儿体重、身长、头围发育情况,测定两组生后第2 d及第30 d空腹血中生长激素、胰岛素样生长因子-1水平。结果:生后30 d抚触组体重及胰岛素样生长因子-1水平较对照组明显升高;而头围、身长及生长激素水平差异无统计学意义。结论:新生儿抚触有助于早产儿体重增长及胰岛素样生长因子的分泌。

Effect of neonatal massage on growth and plasma growth hormone, insulin-like growth factor-1 levels in premature infants

Objective To determine the effects of neonatal massage to premature infants on their growth and the plasma growth hormone,insulin-like growth factor-1 levels.Methods Fifty-eight premature infants from the neonatal care unit were randomly divided into the massage and the control group once they were considered medically stable.The blood hormone,insulin-like growth factor-1 were determined on day 2 and day 30 after birth.Data such as height,weight,head circumferences were recorded at birth and every week.Statistic analysis was conducted using SPSS11.0.Results The weight gain in massage group was significantly better than that in control group.There was no significant difference in values of height and head circumference between the two groups.The blood concentration of insulin-like growth factor-1 on day 30 in massage group was significantly higher than that in control group.Conclusion Neonatal massage facilitates premature infants growth and increases the levels of blood Insulin-like growth factor-1.
