摘    要:
分析护理服务满意度调查中存在的问题并提出相应的对策,存在的主要问题是:调查目的不明确,内容缺少深度,形式粗放,计算方法不一致造成失真,调查时间不能体现全程性,提出的对策有:转变认识,以人为本,调查内容实行质性突破,调查形式和方法更贴近实际,实行全员、全过程控制等.

Abstract:
This article analyzed the existing problems in investigating the nursing care satisfaction,and suggested the correlate strategies.The main problems were:the goal of investigation was unclear,the form was extensive,the discrepancy of statistic methods lead to incredible results,and it was just cross-sectional survey.The strategies might be:take clients as core consideration,change the content of the survey basically,make the form and method more close to reality,and adopt continuous control process.
