| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年性肺炎的临床特点。方法2004年1月～2005年3月住院资料完整的76例病例。结果所有病例均有多种合并症,其中12例符合重症肺炎的诊断。结论依据老年性肺炎的临床特点做出早期诊断和治疗,是提高治愈,好转率的关键,从而降低死亡率。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of diagnosis and treatmentment of senile pneumonia.[WTHZ]Methods 76 clinical cases with pneumonia from 2004 to 2005 were inrestigated retrospectively.Results All the cases had complications,with 12 cases diagnosed as bad pneumonia.Conclusion The clinical characteristics of diagnosis and treatmentment of senile pneumonia can be found early.It is the key to high therapeutic efficacy and low death rate. |
