| 摘 要： | 目的探讨细胞周期蛋白D1（cyclinD1）在青春期巨乳症和小乳症乳腺组织中的表达。方法应用免疫组织化学链霉菌抗生物素蛋白～过氧化物酶连接（SP）法检测了18例青春期巨乳症及12例原发性小乳症乳腺组织中细胞周期蛋白D1的表达。结果细胞周期蛋白D1在青春期巨乳症乳腺组织和原发性小乳症乳腺组织中的阳性表达率分别为83．33％和16．67％，两者比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论细胞周期蛋白D1在青春期巨乳症乳腺组织中的表达水平明显高于原发性小乳症乳腺组织。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of the cyclin D1 in pubertal mammary hypertrophy and micromastia. Methods The expression of cyclin D1 was detected by SP immunohisto-chemistry in 18 cases of pubertal mammary hypertrophy and 12 cases of micromastia. Results The expression rate of cyclin D1 within breast tissue was 83. 33 % and 16. 67 % in pubertal mammary hypertrophy and micromastia, respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0. 01). Conclusion The expression level of the cyclin D1 within breast tissue in pubertal mammary hypertrophy is higher than that in micromastia. |
