过敏原不确定哮喘患者的特异性减敏效果观察

目的探讨变应原皮试阴性支气管哮喘减敏的临床意义。方法将门诊及住院的支气管哮喘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组采用混合液(MI)减敏,对照组不作减敏治疗,时间为1a。治疗过程分为常规减敏和维持减敏两个阶段。结果治疗结束后治疗组哮喘症状评分日均分明显低于治疗前(t=3.17,P<0.05)。与对照组比较患者的哮喘症状评分日均分明显降低(t=3.33,P<0.05),疗程结束后患者哮喘症状改善情况自我评价治疗组优于对照组(u=3.28,P<0.05)。患者年哮喘发作次数、年哮喘就诊次数住院次数均明显减少。治疗过程中均无明显不良反应。结论用MI对变应原不确定的支气管哮喘特异性免疫治疗,能减轻哮喘症状,减少发作、就诊、住院次数,并具有一定的安全性。

Effect observation of desensitization for patient with allergens negative asthma
