体外受精-胚胎移植治疗周期女性血清催产素水平变化的初步分析

目的：探讨体外受精-胚胎移植（IVF—ET）治疗过程中催产素（OT）水平的变化及其与妊娠结局的关系。方法：本中心接受IVF—ET治疗的患者41例，分别于Gn启动日、HCG注射日、ET日、ET术后3rain采血，测定血清催产素水平。结果：患者Gn启动日、HCG注射日、ET日OT水平升高有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；患者ET日、ET术后OT水平无显著性差异（P〉0．05）；妊娠组（n=20）和非妊组（n=21）之间在Gn启动日、HCG注射日、ET日和ET日术后OT水平无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论：IVF-ET助孕治疗可引起患者血清OT水平的升高；OT水平与妊娠结局无显著相关性；ET手术不导致患者血清0T水平的升高。

Preliminary Study on the Serum Oxytocin Levels of Female Undergoing IVF-ET Treatment

Objective： To investigate the change serum oxytocin （OT） level in the patients undergoing IVF-ET treatment and study the influence of OT concentration on IVF-ET clinical outcome. Method： Forty -one patients undergoing the long-term stimulating ovulation were chosed randomly from the outpatients in our center. Serum OT concentration was measured from the blood samples collected on the Gn starting time, HCG administration time （ HCG-day）, ET time and 3 minutes after （ ET-3m） the embryo transfer, respectively. Result： The increasing of OT level had significant indication（ P〈0.05 ） on Gn start/ng time, HCG- time and ET-3m. However, OT concentration had no difference （ P〉0.05 ） between ET time and ET- 3minutes after the transfer. Comparing the pregnancy group （n=20） and non-pregnancy group （n=21 ）, OT level showed no significant difference （ P〉0.05 ）. Conclusion： The IVF-ET treatment may lead to an increase in OT concentration. ET procedure may not cause an elevation in OT level. OT concentration during IVF-ET treatment is not significantly related to the clinical outcome.
