宫颈癌根治术联合化疗对患者术后生存的影响

目的：探讨宫颈癌根治术联合化疗对患者术后生存的影响。方法：选择我院2006年9月至2011年9月收治的宫颈癌患者62例,随机平分为两组。研究组（31例）患者采取宫颈癌根治术联合新辅助化疗进行治疗;对照组（31例）患者采取单纯的宫颈癌根治术治疗。对比分析两组患者的术后生存情况。结果：研究组的有效率为90.32%,明显高于对照组的79.97%（P〈0.05）。研究组的并发症发生率为9.68%,明显低于对照组的25.81%（P〈0.05）。研究组的淋巴结阳性率、阴道切缘阳性率、宫旁累及阳性率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：宫颈癌根治术前给予新辅助化疗治疗宫颈癌的临床疗效显著,且操作简单、副作用小、安全可靠,值得临床广泛推广。

Influence of Radical Correction Combined Chemotherapy in Cervical Cancer

Objective： To study effects of radical correction combined chemotherapy in cervical cancer.Method： 62 patients with cervical cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each with 31 cases.The observation group was treated by radical correction combined chemotherapy.The control group was treated by radical correction.Result： The total effective rate of observation group was 90.32%,was obviously higher than that of the control group（79.97%）,P〈0.05.The complication rate of observation group was 9.68%,was obviously lower than that of the control group（25.81%）,P〈0.05.The positive rate of lymph node,positive rate of vaginal cutting margin and the positive rate of parametrial involvement of observation group was obviously lower than that of the control group,P〈0.05.Conclusion： Radical correction combined chemotherapy in cervical cancer has curative effect.It is convenient,safe and feasible.
