| Abstract: | The article objectively analyzes commonly occurring problems concerning the promotion and training of junior faculty in medical schools. Based on the experiences of The School of Basic Medical Sciences, Peking University, practical solutions are proposed on reasonable requirement of educational credential, scientific establishment of promotional plan, strengthening of training program and performance management. |
