新生儿窒息后血清心钠素和血糖的变化及临床意义研究

摘    要:
目的观察新生儿窒息后血清心钠素及血糖水平的变化,为临床治疗提供依据。方法用放射免疫法测定40例窒息新生儿的血清心钠素、血钠及血糖水平,并与20例正常新生儿作对比。结果40例窒息患儿中,重度者血糖值明显高于对照组(P<0.01),轻度组血糖水平与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);轻、重度窒息患儿血清心钠素水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),且程度愈重,血清心钠素水平愈高,而与之相对应的是血清钠的下降,两者呈负相关。结论在治疗新生儿窒息的过程中要严密观察血清心钠素及血糖的变化,严格控制葡萄糖输注的量及速度,应注意水电解质平衡。

Abstract:
Objective Observing the changes of the levels of serum atrial natriuretic peptide and blood sugar in newborn after asphyxia to provide basis for clinical therapy.Methods We measured the levels of serum atrial natriuretic peptide,sodium and blood sugar in forty newborns after asphyxia by radio-immunity assay and compared them to twenty normal newborns.Results Among these forty asphyxia newborns,blood sugars of the severe ones were obviously higher than the control group(P<0.01), but those of the mild ones weren't different from the control group(P>0.05);serum atrial natriuretic peptide of both mild and severe asphyxia newborns were obviously higher than the control group(P<0.01).The more severe the degree of asphyxia was,the higher the levels of serum atrial natriuretic peptide.However,the levels of serum sodium were negatively correlated with the levels of serum atrial natriuretic peptide.Conclusions It is necessary to observe the changes of the levels of serum atrial natriuretic peptide and blood sugar and carefully control the amount and speed of amylaceum during the treatment of asphyxia of newborn.
