左氧氟沙星替代利福平治疗初治肺结核的临床效果

目的评价因利福平严重毒副反应而改用左氧氟沙星替代治疗结核病的疗效。方法随机将178例因不能耐受利福平的初治涂阳肺结核患者和162例涂阳肺结核分别用左氧氟沙星代替的疗效。结果两组不同治疗时间的疗效及停药后24个月的复发率无显著差异。结论左氧氟沙星替代利福平治疗初治肺结核取得了与含利福平方案一样的临床效果。涂阳肺结核采用10个月疗程与12个月疗程，治疗效果无差异。涂阴肺结核采用8个月疗程和10个月疗程治疗效果无差异。

The clinical effect of levofloxacin substituting rifampicin in treatment of initial pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of levofloxacin substituting rifampicine in treating initial pulmonary tuberculosis patients who could not use rifampicine due to its side effects. Method We divided the patients into the 178 smear - positive initial pulmonary tuberculosis and 162 smear-negative pulmonary tuberculosis patients and observed the treatment effect in different length of treatment. Result There were no significant differences in different length of treatment of clinical effects including smear-positive rate and re - appearing TB rate 24 months after the treatment. Conclution ZUslng levofloxacin substituting rifamplcine in treating initial pulmona- ry tuberculos has achieved the same treatment effect as the use of fifampicine.
