摘    要:
目的通过动物试验治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎(CBP),判定不同方法治疗后,试验动物的尿动力学变化情况。方法选用健康雄性大白兔,制备慢性细菌性前列腺炎动物模型。分别给予口服氧氟沙星,口服氧氟沙星和特拉唑嗪,前列腺局部穿刺注射氧氟沙星和地塞米松,同时以注射生理盐水作为注射对照组。尿动力学检查,以判定各治疗方法对尿动力学的影响。结果 口服氧氟沙星和特拉唑嗪族最大尿道压(19.37±2.19)cm H2O(1mm H2O=0.098 kPa、节制区长度(4.75±1.03)mm,而单纯口服氧氟沙星、局部注射氧氟沙星和地塞米松组分别为(31.00±3.42)cmH2O、(6.00±1.19)mm和(30.87±2.69)cm H2O、(6.37±1.06)mm,口服氧氟沙星和特拉唑嗪能更好地改善尿动力学参数(P<0.05)。结论 口服氧氟沙星和特拉唑嗪较单纯口服氧氟沙星对慢性细菌性前列腺炎具有更好的效果。

Abstract:
Objective To study the effectiveness of three different therapies in the treatment of chronic bacterial prostatitis: oral olfolxacin, oral ofloxacin and terazosin, and intraprostatic injection of ofloxacin and edxamethasone, and investigate the urodynamic profile of the rabbit with chronic bacterial prostatitis before and after three different therapies. Methods The health male rabbits were selected and the animal model of chronic bacterial prostatitis was made by puring E coli into posturethra. All rabbits were divided into 5 groups randomly:normal control group (A), oral ofloxacin group (B), oral ofloxacin and terazosin group (C), group of intraprostatic injection of ofloxacin and dexamethason (D), and sham intraprostatic injection group (E). Urodynamic changes of normal rabbits and rabbits with chronic bacterial prostatitis was evaluated by Dantec Duet before and after treatment. Results There was significant difference in urodynamics between group C and other groups. Urodynamic profile of rabbits suffering from chronic bacterial prostatitis was similar to bladder outlet obstruction. After treatment, pura (urethral pressure) was reduced and Qmax was increased. Conclusion Effect of intraprostatic injection of antibiotics was limited on urodynamics.
