西洋参含片安全性的实验研究

目的研究西洋参含片的安全性与毒性。方法采用不同剂量的西洋参含片进行小鼠急性经口毒性试验、致突变试验和大鼠30d喂养试验，研究不同剂量实验组与对照组间的差异。结果西洋参含片用最大耐受量达20000mg／kgBW时，对小鼠无毒性作用；Ames试验、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验的结果均为阴性；短期毒性试验的动物体重、进食量、食物利用率与阴性对照组比较，差异均无显著性（P〉0．05）；各剂量组血常规、生化检测指标与阴性对照组比较，差异均无显著性（P〉0.05）；病理组织学检查结果表明，各实验组大鼠肝、肾、胃肠、脾和睾丸等组织均未见有病理改变。结论西洋参含片对大鼠短期毒性试验及小鼠毒性试验均未发现不安全性和毒性作用。

Experimental study on the safety of Gen-seng tablet

Objective To study the safety and toxicity of Gen-seng oral tablet. Methods Per os acute toxicity test, genetic toxicity test and rat 30-day feeding test were carried out. The differences in experimental and control group with different doses were compared. Results No toxicity of Gen-seng oral tablet to the mice was observed when the maximum tolerance dose of Gen-seng oral tablet increased to 20000mg/kg BW; The results of Ames test, mice myeloid cell micronucleus test and mice semen abnormality test were all negative; No obvious diversity (P>0.05) was found by comparing the negative control group with the short-term toxicity test group in terms of weight, food-intake, food utilizing ratio of the mice; The results of routine blood test and biochemical test showed that no significant differences were noticed in the groups of mice with different doses (P>0.05). The results of histopathological test showed that no pathological changes were found in the liver, kidney, stomach, intestine, spleen and testis of the rats in each experimental groups. Conclusion Gen-seng oral tablet is safe without toxicity as confirmed by short-term toxicity test in rats and toxicity test in mice.
