| 摘 要： | 外伤性胰腺损伤的诊断主要依据淀粉酶的测定,B超、CT、内镜逆行胰胆管造影(ERCP)、磁共振胆胰成像(MRCP)和腹腔镜等检查,各有其特点及应用价值。根据胰腺损伤的具体情况,选择合理术式,充分有效的引流对治疗效果至关重要。而主胰管断裂的识别和定位也是治疗成功的关键。本文对外伤性胰腺损伤的诊治进展作一综述。 |
