| 摘 要： | 本文在麻醉大鼠血流动力学测定中,应用多道生理记录仪与微电脑同步检测各项参数。经多次药理实验证明,微电脑实时检测与人工检测各参数值非常接近,两组数据高度相关。微电脑实时分析变力性药物及两种新型钙拮抗剂对大鼠血流动力学影响,结果均与文献报道一致。 |

| Abstract: | A precise knowledge of cardiovascular activity and its pharmacological modifica- tien in the animal requires to measure many hemodynamic parameters. For that purpose, in anesthetized unopened-chest rats, we used a microcomputer system to collect and analyze hemodynamic indices simultaneously. The results indicated that hemodynamic data generated by the microcomputer system were similar to that rec- orted with a 4-channel polygraph. The effects of some drugs on cardiovascular function were presented in order to show the usefulness of the microcomputer system. The hemodynamic parameters obta- ined with computerized analysis were in accordance with the effects of the drugs used. |
