| 摘 要： | 目的观察复方清热颗粒治疗急性肺炎的临床疗效。方法将129例急性肺炎患者随机分为对照组68例与治疗组61例,均予抗炎治疗,治疗组加用复方清热颗粒;比较两组体温、咳嗽、咯痰、音、血白细胞、胸片、血降钙素原水平、临床疗效及住院时间、住院费用。结果治疗组体温降至正常天数,咳嗽、咯痰、音消失天数,住院天数明显短于对照组;住院费用亦低于对照组;治疗后血降钙素原水平降低较对对照组更明显;其显效率及总有效率均高于对照组。结论中药复方清热颗粒治疗急性肺炎疗效确切。
