凝血酶联合奥美拉唑治疗上消化道出血80例效果分析

目的观察凝血酶联合奥美拉唑治疗上消化道出血的效果研究。方法选取2009年3月至2009年12月因上消化道出血的住院80例患者,随机分为常规奥美拉唑治疗组和凝血酶联合奥美拉唑治疗组,常规奥美拉唑治疗组病例给予扩容及调整水电解质紊乱,静脉滴注奥美拉唑40mg,2次/d;静脉滴注止血芳酸0.5g,1次/d,重度贫血者予输血。凝血酶联合奥美拉唑治疗组再应用凝血酶2000单位加生理盐水15mL口服,2次/d,常规奥美拉唑治疗组用去甲肾上腺素8mg加生理盐水100mL,3次/d口服。结果通过观察证实凝血酶联合奥美拉唑治疗组可更有效地控制患者上消化道出血,且无明显的不良反应。结论凝血酶联合奥美拉唑治疗上消化道出血是一种有效的、安全的治疗方法,比常规奥美拉唑治疗的方法临床治疗效果更好,更为有效。

The Effect of 80 Cases of Gastrointestinal Bleeding Treated by Thrombin and Omeprazole

Objective To observe the efficacy of thrombin joint omeprazole treatment effect of upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods 80 upper gastrointestinal bleeding patients were randomly divided into conventional omeprazole treatment group and blood coagulation enzyme combined treatment group and omeprazole conventional omeprazole cases in treatment group and adjusted to expansion water electrolyte disturbance,static drops omeprazole 40mg,twice-daily,Static drops hemostatic fang acid 0.5g,once-daily,severe anemia person to a blood transfusion. Thrombin joint omeprazole treatment group and thrombin 2000 units with saline 15mL oral,2 times a day,conventional omeprazole therapy with norepinephrine 8mg 100mL physiological saline,plus three times daily oral. Results Thrombin joint omeprazole therapy can more effectively control patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding,and no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion The effi cacy of thrombin in the treatment of joint omeprazole upper gastrointestinal bleeding is an effective and safe treatment methods,than conventional omeprazole treatment effect is better.
