大孔吸附树脂对半枝莲总黄酮的吸附-解吸附性能研究

摘    要:目的筛选适合分离纯化半枝莲总黄酮的大孔吸附树脂。方法以总黄酮含量为指标,比较不同类型大孔吸附树脂在静态和动态情况下对半枝莲总黄酮的吸附和解吸附特性。结果 AB-8和X-5大孔吸附树脂对半枝莲总黄酮具有良好的吸附分离性能,吸附快、解吸附容易,性能优于其他树脂。结论 AB-8和X-5型大孔吸附树脂对半枝莲总黄酮的分离纯化效果较好。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To bolting macroporous resin which was suit to purify total flavonoids(TFC) from Scutellaria barbata D.Don.METHODS The content of total flavonoids was used as the index,and the static and dynamic absorption and desorption tests were carried out to compare the characteristic of different types of macroporous resins.RESULTS AB-8 and X-5 resins had good property of absorption separation for TFC,and had fast absorption and easy desorbtion.Their functions were better than other resins.CONCLUSION AB-8 and X-5 resins had better purify result for TFC.
