| 摘 要： | 婴幼儿是一个特殊的群体,先天性白内障及其弱视是婴幼儿致盲眼病之一,通过对国内外文献的研究简要阐述先天性白内障手术治疗以及人工晶状体植入的问题,旨在总结目前研究进展,引起家长及初级医师对先天性白内障疾病治疗的重视。

| Abstract: | Infant is a special population,congenital cataract and amblyopia is one of the leading cause of blindness in infants and young children.Based on the literature,this paper briefly summarized problems and racent advance of congenital cataract surgery and intraocular lens implantation,in orderto parents and primary physician to pay attention of congenital cataract disease. |
