| 摘 要： | 结直肠癌肺转移在临床上较为常见。射频消融技术在肺部恶性肿瘤治疗中已经得到应用,且对结直肠癌肺转移显示出良好的应用前景,具有远期生存率提高、安全性好、可重复操作以及并发症少等优点。本文从结直肠癌肺转移的治疗现状出发,对射频消融在结直肠癌肺转移中的研究情况,包括基础研究、射频治疗方法、预后因素、并发症、影像学技术等多个方面作一综述。
