| 摘 要： | 目的探讨2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者的临床、CT特点及其与预后的关系。方法将同期74例脑梗死患者分为治疗组37例为糖尿病并脑梗死患者,对照组37例非糖尿病的脑梗死患者,比较两组的临床表现,CT特点与预后及病死率的关系。结果2型糖尿病并脑梗死较非糖尿病性脑梗死患者预后差,好转率低。结论控制好2型糖尿病患者的血糖对脑梗死的治疗及预后非常有益。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship among clinical manifestation, characteristics of CT and prognosis in patients with cerebral infarction complicated with diabetes. Methods 37 patients with cerebral infarction complicated with diabetes were experimental group, and 37 patients with cerebral in control group didn＇ t have diabetes. The clinical manifestation, characteristics of CT, the prognosis and fatality rate in experimental group were compared with those in control group. Results Compared with patients in control group, the patients with cerebral infarction complicated with diabetes had high fatality rate, and their prognosis was poor. Conclusion For patients with diabetes, a good method of preventing the cerebral infarction is controlling the level of blood sugar effectively. |
