AgNORs检测对胃粘膜良、恶性病变的诊断价值

为探讨ＡｇＮＯＲｓ变化对胃粘膜良、恶性病变的诊断价值，应用银染技术对５０例胃粘膜良、恶性病变进行ＡｇＮＯＲｓ计数，其中正常胃粘膜４例，萎缩性胃炎５例，异型增生９例，胃癌３２例（高分化型腺癌８例，低分化型腺癌１８例，未分化癌６例）。结果：正常胃粘膜、萎缩性胃炎和异型增生细胞核内ＡｇＮＯＲｓ颗粒均数，分别与胃癌各型癌细胞核内均数比较均有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。可以认为这种方法有助于区别胃粘膜良、恶性病变及其预后的判断。

Value of AgNORs Determination in Diagnosis of Benign and Malignant Lesions of Gastric Mucosa

In order to investigate the diagnostic value of AgNORs determination for benign and malignant lesions of gastric mucosa,argyrophilic protein in nucleolar organizer regions(AgNORs) were counted with argyrophilic staining technique in 50 cases of gastric mucosa,including normal gastric mucosa(4 cases),chronic atrophic gastritis(5 cases),dysplasia(9 cases),gastric carcinoma(adenocarcinoma of well differentiated type 8 cases,adenocarcinoma of poorly differentiaed type 18 cases,undifferentiated carcinoma 6 cases).The results showed that there all were significant differences of the AgNORs mean number among normal gastric mucosa,chronic atrophic gastritis,dysplasia and gastric carcinoma of each type respectively( P <0.01).The authors thought that this method may play roles in differentiating benign and malignant lesions of gastric mucosa and prognostic prediction.
