| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨术前心理干预在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(obstructive sleep apnea syndrome,OSAS)手术患者中的效果.方法 将2009-2010年行手术治疗的164例OSAS患者按入院时间分为对照组和观察组,对照组进行常规护理,观察组在此基础上进行针对性的心理干预(包括心理疏导、行为干预、睡眠卫生教育及建立良好的社会支持系统等).比较两组患者入院时及术日晨的焦虑水平和血压、心率的变化,以及术中的疼痛程度.结果 两组患者入院时焦虑水平及血压、心率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术日晨焦虑水平及血压、心率明显低于对照组,术中疼痛程度比对照组明显减轻,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 术前心理干预可改善OSAS患者的焦虑状态,稳定血压和心率,减轻术中疼痛,促进患者平稳度过手术期,有利于患者早日康复.
