肝癌患者家属健康教育需求的调查

目的 了解肝癌患者家属健康教育的需求.方法 采用自行设计的问卷对120名肝癌患者家属进行健康教育需求的调查.结果 大部分肝癌患者家属对肝癌有一定的认知,但认知还不够全面;半数以上的肝癌患者家属关注疾病的治疗方法 和效果、疾病的现状及预后、疾病的控制情况;有100名以上的家属想了解疾病定期复查的时间和方法 、预防知识、各种检查的目的 ;半数以上的肝癌患者家属能从两种或两种以上途径了解与肝癌关的知识,其中近百位患者家属是通过医护人员了解;部分肝癌患者家属对肝癌的治愈没有信心;家属选择的医院健康教育指导方式中,医院提供疾病指导手册占首位,医生个别指导排第2位.结论 医护人员应根据患者的个体特点及患者家属的需求,开展多种形式针对性的健康教育.

Investigation on Health Education Needs of Family Members of Patients with Liver Cancer
