| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo study the clinical effect of early rehabilitation nursing in the patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).MethodsDividing 90 AMI patients without complication into two groups randomly: 45 patients were in rehabilitation group,45 patients were in control group.Rehabilitation procedure was performed in rehabilitation group,traditional nursing was performed in control group.ResultsThe average walking distance in rehabilitation group was significant longer,average stay shorter,the incidence rate of anxietas and constipation were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).ConclusionThe early rehabilitation nursing can improve the heart function,shorten the length of stay,decrease adverse psychic reaction in the patients with AMI. |
