| 摘 要： | 目的构建综合医院的分级护理服务体系。方法对200名不同护理等级住院患者的护理需求进行调查和分析,按照主次因素分析法的原则,建立了基于患者需求的分级护理服务内容框架。依据护理服务内容框架设计咨询调查表,采用专家咨询法,对22名护理专家进行两轮次的咨询调查,确定分级护理服务体系。结果构建的分级护理服务体系包括21项一级护理服务项目,10项二、三级护理服务项目以及每个项目的最少执行频次和执行人员最低资质。结论建立的分级护理服务体系,明确了分级护理服务内容、标准以及执行人员资质,为临床护士提供了可参照的依据,有利于提高分级护理质量。 |
