| 摘 要： | 目的 18F-脱氧葡萄糖(fluorodexoxy glucose,FDG)PET/CT显像已被广泛地应用于恶性肿瘤的诊断,并且认为可以在术前有效地预测胶质瘤的病理分级。但目前对多形性胶质母细胞瘤(glioblastoma multiforme,GBM)18F-FDG PET/CT表现的认识十分有限。文中研究PET/CT对GBM的诊断价值。方法 9例经病理证实的GBM患者(男7例,女2例)行18F-FDG PET/CT检查,所有9例患者均为初诊。结果 9例患者共10处病灶,其中右侧额叶4例,右侧颞叶3例,左侧顶叶2例,左侧枕叶1例。肿瘤为单发或多发病灶,常位于脑白质内,边界不清晰,大小不等,周围可见明显水肿。18F-FDG PET/CT显像示病灶呈等低密度灶,大多数对18F-FDG摄取明显上升。结论 GBM的18F-FDG PET/CT表现有一定特点,熟悉其影像特点有助于对本病作出正确的诊断。
