肠镜下高频电切术治疗结肠息肉的临床疗效观察

目的探讨肠镜下高频电切术治疗结肠息肉的临床疗效。方法为了探讨肠镜下高频电切术治疗结肠息肉的临床效果,本研究于2008年2月至2012年2月对收治的结肠息肉患者采取肠镜下高频电切术治疗,观察其疗效及并发症。结果本组159枚息肉均在肠镜下经高频电圈套切除法成功切除,术后经过复查发现无1例残留,随访亦未见复发,临床有效切除率达100.00%。159枚息肉均在肠镜下经高频电圈套切除术后共有19枚发生出血,发生率为11.95%,其中14枚为早期出血,另外5枚为延迟性出血,所有出血病例经过止血治疗后均成功止血;无1例发生穿孔。结论内镜下行高频电切除术治疗结肠息肉安全、可靠、有效、创伤小、经济实惠、疗效确切、患者不论年龄大小均可接受的治疗方法,如术中或术后发生出血,则应积极进行内镜下治疗,少量渗血和搏动样出血通过药物喷射及电凝止血效果好,可以作为治疗结肠息肉的首选方法,对减少大肠癌的发生有重要的价值。

Observe the Clinical Effect of High Frequency Electric Endoscopic Resection of Colorectal Polyps

Method In order to discuss the colonoscopy under high frequency electrotomy the clinical effect of treatment of colon polyps, in this study, from February 2008 to February 2012 year admitted to the colon polyps patients adopt high-frequency electric endoscopic resection, observe its curative effect and complications. Result The 159 pieces of polyps are in the high frequency electric under colonoscopy trap nephrectomy success after resection, after review found that no one was residual, also has not seen the follow-up relapse, clinical effective removal rate up to 100.00%. 159 pieces of polyps are in the high frequency electric trap under colonoscopy for 19 pieces of hemorrhage occurs, a rate of 11.95%, of which 14 pieces for early bleeding, another 5 pieces for delayed hemorrhages, all cases of bleeding after hemostatic therapy are successful hemostasis, no one case of perforation. Conclusion Endoscopic descending high frequency electric resection treatment of colon polyps safe, reliable, effective, economical and practical, small trauma, definite effect, patients no matter the age size are acceptable treatment methods, such as the perioperative or postoperative bleeding, should be positive for endoscopic treatment, a few ooze blood sample and the pulses bleeding through the drug injection and an electrocautery unit blood effect is good, can be used as the preferred method of treatment of colon polyps, to reduce the occurrence of colorectal cancer has an important value.
