摘    要:化学治疗是治疗肿瘤的主要手段之一,但很多化疗药物具有显著心脏毒性,使其在临床上的应用受到一定限制。近年来的多项研究表明中药有效成分有拮抗化疗药物心脏毒性的作用,其机制涉及抗氧化,抑制钙离子,抗凋亡等多个方面。文章对近十年来中药拮抗化疗药物心脏毒性的分子机制研究进展做一综述,以期对临床合理用药及抗癌辅助新药开发提供思路。

Abstract:Chemotherapy is one of the main methods in treatment of tumor. But the notable cardiotoxicity of chemotherapeutics limit the clinical application. In the recent years, many researches have indicated that active components of traditional Chinese medicine could antagonize cardiotoxicity of chemotherapeutics. The mechanisms mainly involve anti-oxidant, inhibiting calcium and anti-apoptosis. The aim of the article is to overview the molecular mechanisms research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in antagonizing the cardiotoxicity of cbemotherapeutics in the last ten years and to provide ideas for the clinical use of drugs and anti-cancer auxiliary drug discovery.
