扶正祛邪方联合化疗治疗45例晚期非小细胞肺癌临床观察

目的:观察扶正祛邪方联合化疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的治疗作用。方法:将90例NSCLC患者随机分为治疗组(中药加化疗组)和对照组(单纯化疗组),各45例。比较两组患者近期疗效、中医症状、生活质量评分、化疗不良反应及免疫指标。结果:治疗组有效率为31.1,高于对照组(28.9%),但经统计学处理,无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗组在中医症状、生活质量及化疗不良反应改善方面均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组CD3和CD4的值较治疗前明显升高,CD8下降(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:扶正祛邪方能减轻晚期NSCLC患者化疗毒性反应,改善患者生活质量和中医症状,值得进一步深入研究。

Efficacy Analysis of Fuzheng Quxie Decoction Combined with Chemotherapy in Treatment of Advanced Non - Small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective：To observe the curative effect of Fuzheng Quxie Decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non small cell lung cancer. Methods ： With randomized and controlled method, the patients with advanced non small cell lung cancer（ n = 90） were divided into treatment group and control group. The control group only received chemothera py ,while the treatment group received chemotherapy and Fuzheng Quxie Decoction. The efficacy, quality of life and side effects were evaluated after treatment. Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was 31.1% and there was no statistical differ ence compared with control group（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The quality of life score and TCM symptoms were improved and the adverse reac tion of chemotherapy was relieved in treatment group compared with control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The immune function was improved in treatment group compared with control group. Conclusion：Fuzheng Quxie Decoction had good curative effect on improving the immune function and the quality of life score of advanced non small cell lung cancer patients, and it could also relieve the ad verse reaction of chemotherapy of patients.
