痔血宁合剂防治混合痔术后并发症的临床观察

目的:研究痔血宁合剂在防治混合痔术后并发症的疗效,拓展痔血宁合剂适用范围。方法:将符合混合痔湿热下注证、已行混合痔切除术的住院病人100例随机分成两组,痔血宁合剂治疗组(50例)和痔宁片对照组(50例),分别口服痔血宁合剂、痔宁片。疗程为均为9天,手术后每两天,对患者的创面渗血、分泌物、肛缘水肿程度、疼痛、肛门坠胀感、发热等症状进行等级评分。结果:痔血宁合剂在对术后控制创面渗血、缓解伤口疼痛的疗效均优于痔宁片组(P<0.05);对于术后创面分泌物、肛缘水肿、肛门坠胀感、发热的治疗,两组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:痔血宁合剂与痔宁片均可有效缓解混合痔手术后各种不适症状,但痔血宁合剂比痔宁片更有效,起效更快。

Clinical Observation on Preventing and Treating Postoperative Complications of Mixed Hemorrhoidectomy with Zhixuening Mixture

Objective ： The aim of the study was to evaluate the preventive and curative effects of postoperative complications by application of Zhixuening Mixture after mixed hemorrhoidect0my, then to expand the indications of Zhixuening Mixture. Methods ： A total of 100 patients with postoperative mixed hemorrhoids who were fitted syndrome of down ward flow of dampness - heat were randomly assigned in series to 2 groups：the treating group of Zhixuening Mixture （50 cases） and the control group of Zhining Tablets （50 cases）. The treating group was treated with Zhixuening Mixture while the control group treated with Zhining Tablet. During 9 days treatment, the symptoms after operations were recorded and evaluated respectively every other day, such as hema- tochezia, excretion of the wound surface, degree of edema around anal margin, pain, anus bulge feeling and fever, etc. These data was compared by scoring system after administration in each group. Results ：The curative effects of Zhixuening Mixture were better than that of Zhining Tablet in controlling hematochezia and relieving the wounds＇ pain after mixed hemorrhoids operations （P 〈 0. 05 ）. There were no significant differences between 2 sets in decreasing excretion of the wound surface, preventing and treating edema around anal margin, treating anus bulge feeling and fever level after mixed hemorrhoids operations （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclu sion ： Although both of Zhixuening Mixture and Zhining Tablet can release the unwell symptoms after mixed hemorrhoids operations efficiently,Zhixuening Mixture has a quicker and more effective effect than Zhining Tablet.
