黄芩汤预防含伊立替康方案化疗后腹泻的临床研究

目的:探讨黄芩汤对大肠癌患者接受含伊立替康方案化疗后腹泻的预防效果。方法:44例结直肠癌患者随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组给予FOLFIRI方案化疗,同时化疗前給予黄芩汤,对照组采用FOFIRI方案+空白对照,并统计化疗后腹泻的发生率,统计腹泻程度及腹泻的发生时间和持续时间,记录有无腹痛、血便、发热、白细胞下降、肝肾功异常等临床表现。结果:预防组腹泻的发生率较对照组有统计学意义(P<0.05),且预防组各级腹泻的发生例数明显少于对照组。但腹痛、血便、发热、白细胞下降、肝肾功能异常等其他临床表现,两组比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:黄芩汤对结直肠癌患者接受FOLFIRI方案化疗后腹泻具有预防作用。

Clinical Study about Huangqin Decoction Preventing Diarrhea after Chemotherapy Including Irinotecan

Objective：To investigate the protective effects of Huangqin Decoction in the preventive treatment of diarrhea in duced by irinotecan chemotherapy. Methods ：44 patients with colorectal cancer were randomly divided into a treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given Huangqin Decoction before FOLFIR! chemotherapy; there was no treatment before chemotherapy in the control blank group. And the rate, degree, occurrence time, duration time of diarrhea after chemotherapy were observed. Abdominal pain, hematochezia, fever, leukopenia, abnormal liver and kidney function and so on were recorded. Results ： Compared with the control group, the rate of diarrhea was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. And the cases of each degree diarrhea were fewer than that of the control group. However, the hematochezia, fever, leukopenia, liver and kidney dysfunction of two groups were not statistically significant （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ：Huangqin Decoction has effect to prevent chemotherapy - induced diarrhea for the colorectal cancer patients who receives regimens including irinotecan.
