慢性乙型病毒性肝炎舌象量化指标与肝脏病理改良Scheuer积分的相关性研究

目的:探讨了慢性乙型病毒性肝炎舌象量化指标与肝组织分级分度及改良Scheuer积分的关系。方法:对220例不同肝组织Scheuer分级分度的慢乙肝患者的舌象实施横断面研究,客观分析慢乙肝患者舌象量化指标和改良Scheuer积分的相关性。结果:不同病理分级的舌质舌苔颜色分布无统计学差异。异常舌形情况、舌象总量化评分比较上,轻度组的与另外两组相比均有统计学差异(P<0.01);Logistic回归分析发现,病程、年龄、TI为肝脏病理改良Scheuer积分的危险因素。结论:慢乙肝患者的舌象量化评分与肝组织改良Scheuer积分呈正相关,可以用作判断本病病情轻重程度客观指标之一。

Relationship between Tongue Quantitative Indicators and Liver Pathology Improved Scheuer Total Integral in CHB Patients

Objective：To study the relationship between tongue quantitative indicators and liver pathology classification index and the improved Scheuer total integral in CHB patients. Methods ：220 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients with tongue were stud ied,and tongue quantitative indicators and liver pathology classification index were also studied. Results：There were significant differences between mild group and the other two groups on anomalous shape and tongue quantitative indicators （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Lo gistic regression analysis found that age and dictation of TI improved liver pathological Scheuer integral risk factors. Conclusion： There are certain rules between tongue quantitative indicators and liver pathology classification index. Tongue is one of the objec tive indicators which can be used to judge the severity of CHB.
