丹红注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效观察

目的:探讨丹红注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:选取108例确诊为慢性心力衰竭的患者,将其随机分为对照组和治疗组各54例,治疗组患者在常规治疗的基础上加用丹红注射液治疗,对照组患者采用常规抗心衰治疗。两组疗程均为28天,观察比较两组的临床症状及心功能改善情况,并进行统计学分析。结果:治疗组临床症状及心功能改善情况优于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹红注射液可改善慢性心力衰竭患者临床症状、提高疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Effects of Danhong Injection for Chronic Heart Failure

Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of Danhong Injection for chronic heart failure. Methods ：108 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group （54 cases） and control group （54 cases）. The control group was treated with conventional therapy for 28 days ; the treatment group received Danhong Injection based on routine treatment. Clinical symptoms and heart function of two groups were statistically analyzed. Results：In the treatment group, the improvements in the clinical symptoms and heart function were all superior to those in the control groups , and the difference was statistically signifi cant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：h is worthy of applying Danhong Injection to treat chronic heart failure because it is advantageous at relieving the clinical symptoms of chronic heart failure and improving the efficacy.
