耳穴埋豆对骨科全麻术后胃肠道反应的治疗效果

目的:探讨耳穴埋豆在骨科全麻手术后出现胃肠道反应患者中的治疗效果。方法:对本院64例骨科全麻手术后出现胃肠道反应的患者进行随机分组,观察组32例采用耳穴埋豆方法治疗;对照组32例采用常规的解痉,镇痛,消炎等对症处理。比较两组患者治愈情况以及肠蠕动时间情况,恶心、呕吐情况发生率。结果:采用耳穴埋豆方法治疗的患者愈后时间短,效果优于对照组,且不良反应发生率较小,与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义。结论:耳穴埋豆方法治疗骨科全麻手术后胃肠道反应的效果明显,值得推广。

Ear Buried Beans for Treatment of Gastrointestinal Reactions after Orthopedic Surgery under General Anesthesia Effect

Objective ： To study the efficiency of treating the patients with gastrointestinal reactions after orthopedic surgery un- der general anesthesia by using Ear Acupuncture Point Buries a Bean. Methods ： 64 cases in our hospital after orthopedic surgery under general anesthesia in patients with gastrointestinal reactions were divided into two groups randomly. 32 patients were treated by Ear Acupuncture Point Buries a Bean as the experimental group. The others were used conventional antispasmodic, analgesic, anti - inflammatory, and so on. The situation of cure, the time of gastrointestinal peristalsis would be observed and compared. Resalts ：The experimental group had less time in recurrence and healing and gastrointestina｜ peristalsis. The results had a statistieally significant difference compared with the control group. Conclusion：Ear Acupuncture Point Buries a Bean method in the treatment patients of orthopedic anesthesia post - operative gastrointestinal reactions has significant effect. It is worth promoting in field of patients after surgery.
