毫针、刃针联合治疗颈性眩晕临床疗效评价

目的:对比分析毫针、刃针联合治疗颈性眩晕的临床效果。方法将我院收治的500例颈性眩晕患者随机分为A、B两组,每组各250例。A组行毫针针刺颈夹脊穴治疗,B组刃针针刺治疗,对两组的临床治疗资料进行回顾性分析。结果:治疗后,A组和B组平均血流速度(Vm)各项指标均显著高于治疗前,且治疗后B组均高于A组(均P<0.01);治疗后,A组和B组眩晕症状与功能评分均显著高于治疗前,且B组显著高于A组(均P<0.05);B组治疗有效率为95.2%,显著高于A组的80.4%(P<0.05)。结论:毫针与刃针均可以有效治疗颈性眩晕患者,而采用刃针治疗改病,更能有效改善症状,促进患者功能的恢复,产生的临床效果更显著。

Clinical Evaluation on Acupuncture Needle and Blade Needle in Treatment of Cervical Vertigo

Objective：To compare and analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture needle and blade needle in the treatment of cervical vertigo. Methods ：500 cases of cervical vertigo patients in our hospital were randomly divided into group A and group B. Group A received acupuncture needle and group B received blade needle. The clinical data in two groups was retrospectively ana- lyzed. Results ：After the treatment,the average blood flow velocity （Vm） of group A and group B was significantly higher than that before treatment, and that of group B was higher than that of group A. The difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. After treatment, vertigo symptom and function score in group A and B were significantly higher than those before treatment, and those of group B were significantly higher than those in group A. The difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The effective rate of group B was 95.2% , significantly higher than 80.4% in group A, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0. 05 ）. Cortchaion ： Acupuncture needle and blade needle can be effective in the treatment of cervical vertigo patients, and blade needle in the treatment can effectively improve the symptoms of patients and promote functional recovery and the clinical effect is more sig nificant.
