吉西他滨联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌老年患者的观察

目的观察吉西他滨和奥沙利铂对老年非小细胞肺癌患者的治疗作用和不良反应。方法符合要求的非小细胞肺癌患者,大于65岁的30例为老年组,小于60岁的30例为对照组。以吉西他滨联合奥沙利铂进行化疗,对比两组患者的病例特征、疗效和不良反应。结果两组无进展生存期(PFS)、客观缓解率(ORR)和一年期生存率(1-year SR)差异均无统计学意义,老年组患者白细胞减少和血小板减少均较严重(P<0.05),贫血无明显区别。无严重肝肾功能损害发生。结论吉西他滨联合奥沙利铂是治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌老年患者的安全有效的方案。

Study of gemcitabine and oxaliplatin in elder patients with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer

Objective To abserve the activity and toxicity of gemcitabine and oxaliplatin in elder patients with advanced non small cell lung cancer.Methods 30 NSCLC patients over 65 years old were divided into elder group and 30 NSCLC patients（60 years old and younger） were divided into control group.All patients accepted gemcitabine and oxaliplatin as first line chemotherapy.Effectiveness and adverse reaction of two groups were observed.Results PFS、ORR and 1-year SR of two groups had no significantly difference.Leucopenia and thrombocytopenia of elder group were more serious than control group（P0.05）.Anemia of two group were similar.All patients have no kidney and liver damage.Conclusions Gemcitabine and oxaliplatin are good regimen for elder NSCLC patients.
