带锁髓内钉治疗胫腓骨粉碎性骨折疗效观察

目的探讨带锁髓内钉治疗胫腓骨粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法对我院2003年5月～2006年5月共收治的60例胫腓骨粉碎性骨折患者采取带锁髓内钉的治疗方法,观察骨折愈合情况,并与手术前生活质量和关节功能评分等情况进行比较。结果骨折愈合优良率95%,未出现感染及髓内钉断裂等并发症;手术后患者生活质量和关节功能评分优于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论带锁髓内钉治疗胫腓骨粉碎性骨折无脂肪栓塞及骨筋膜室综合征发生,固定可靠,骨折愈合优良率较高,患者能早期进行功能锻炼,促进了关节功能的恢复,避免了骨折断端以下骨质疏松的发生。

Interlocking Nail Treatment Tibia and Fibula Fracture Clinical Observation

Objective To discuss the efficacy of locking intramedullary nail in the treatment of comminuted fractures of the tibia and fibula. Methods 60 cases of tibia and fibula fractures patients were treated with intramedullary nails from May 2003 to May 2006. To observe the fracture healing and compare the qualityof life before surgery and the score of joint function. Results Healing rate was 95%, not infection and complications; after surgery the quality of life and joint function score were better than those before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Interlocking nail treating tibia and fibula fracture doesn't have fat embolism and bone compartment syndrome, fixed, reliable, excellent fracture healing rate higher. Patients can do early functional exercise so that it accelerates the restoration of joint function and avoids the following fragments osteoporosis.
